What I Do
I work with professionals, leaders, and teams on the human side of performance — the conversations, habits, and relationships that make or break reputations and results.
The Practice You Want
Coaching & Advisory for Professionals
I help professionals generate work in ways that feel authentic, are effective and that genuinely serve their clients.
Clarifying Value. Articulate what makes your work distinct and why it matters for clients.
Developing Habits. Conversations that make client interactions impactful and feel natural.
Building Reputation. Become known as a trusted advisor with a pipeline of work.
Leadership & Coaching Advisory
For Leaders who want to operate at their best.
Leading is hard. I support leaders with the clarity, feedback, and thinking space they need to perform at their best.
Clarity of Role. Get clear on what matters most and where to focus your energy.
Leadership Presence. Cultivate habits and skills that earn trust and that make conversations impactful.
Adapting to change. Inspire and empower others to work in new ways.
Mobilising Teams
Team Performance & Cohesion
Many teams fall into ways of working that no longer work. I help team's take stock and improve how they work together.
Taking Stock. Clarify what's working and what needs to change.
Clarifying Role. Clarify who their work serves and what they need to deliver.
Improving Performance. Have the conversations required to deliver high quality work, support one another and resolve issues.
Results
Generating more high-quality work
A professional services firm wanted to scale business development beyond the main work-winners. The challenge: partners had deep technical skills but couldn't articulate their value to prospective clients and lacked confidence and consistency in their client interactions.
I worked with Partners and Business Development team to provide tailored coaching for Partners - to generate clarity on their offering, a strategy that played to their strengths, and provide support and accountability to improve consistency, confidence and impact of client conversations.

The New Leadership Team
A senior leadership team with some strong individual performers but low on collaboration and inconsistent in how they built staff capability.
They were focused more on their own clients and teams and were missing opportunities to provide their clients complimentary services and broaden the skills of their staff. There were moods of frustration and resignation.
Through interviews and team sessions over an 8 month period, I helped the team to raise issues and tensions, build alignment on purpose and client priorities, and to improve the quality of conversations within the leadership team – more honest, supportive and focused. There were ripple effects in engagement, trust and capability improvement across the whole division.

Steps
A structured, low-risk approach to transforming how you or your team operates. Every engagement begins with understanding where you are — and where you want to be.
Discovery
A focused, no-obligation conversation to understand your situation, your goals, and where the human gaps sit. I listen before I prescribe.
Strategy
A clear plan of action — what we'll work on, how we'll measure progress, and what success looks like. Designed around your context, not a template.
Transformation
Implementation through coaching, facilitation, and structured practice. I work alongside you and your people to build new habits, not just new ideas.
